Part of the 8th batch of GlenAllachie single cask series that is specially selected for UK release. Billy walker has selected a Pedro Ximenez hogshead for this release. It smaller cask size injected an intense depth of both colour and flavour to our honeyed spirit. It has been aged for 13 years and has been bottled at 57.7% casks strength. An exclusive bottling with only 350 released.
