Where do you ship to?
We ship across the UK and to selected international destinations. Availability can vary by product type (especially alcohol). Visit our delivery page for more information DELIVERY
Do you ship whisky internationally?
In many cases, alcohol shipping is restricted and depends on the destination country/state rules and courier limitations. If the checkout doesn’t allow it, we can’t ship that item to your location.
Do you ship non-alcohol items internationally (Scottish Scarves, Chocolates, Gifts)?
Yes, all non-alcohol products are usually available for international delivery (including the USA where offered). Any restrictions will show at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery times depend on the service selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking once your order is dispatched - check our DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION for up to date information.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, if your shipping service includes tracking, you’ll get an email once your order is dispatched.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Some couriers deliver on Saturdays (and occasionally Sundays) depending on service level and location.
Can I send an order to a different address ?
Yes, you can send an order to a different address. At checkout, just enter the recipient’s address in the Shipping Address section (it can be different from the billing address).
Do you have a physical store ?
Yes, we have a physical Whiski Shop in Edinburgh, and you can choose collection on eligible orders. You’re also very welcome to visit us in person for whisky advice and gift recommendations.

Do you sell limited editions and new releases?
Yes, we regularly stock limited editions single malt whisky, single casks, and new releases. These can sell quickly, so if you see something you love, don’t wait.
Do you restock sold-out whiskies?
Sometimes but many are one-off releases. If something is sold out, it may not return. You can email us at shop@whiskirooms.co.uk and we’ll confirm if a restock is expected.
What does “non-chill filtered” mean?
It means the whisky hasn’t been filtered at low temperatures to remove natural oils. Many whisky lovers prefer this because it can retain more texture and flavour.
What does “natural colour / no added colouring” mean?
It means no caramel colouring (E150a) has been added, the colour comes entirely from the cask.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment options are shown at checkout (typically card payments and accelerated checkout options where available).
Is my payment secure?
Yes, payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout providers.
