Raasay single malt takes its name from the Hebridean island of Rassay located between the village of Applecross on Scotland's west coast and just east of the capital of Skye Portree. Home to just 161 islanders, this is the islands 1st legal whisky distillery.
Lightly peated balanced with rich dark fruit flavours.
Matured in Rye, Chinkapin American oak and Bordeaux red wine casks.

Nose: Lightly peated - aromatic smoke. Fruit- cherry, apricot, blackcurrant.
Palate: Savoury spice- black pepper, cinnamon.
Finish: Sweet spice - crystalised ginger. Sandalwood, vanilla & butterscotch. A hint of saltiness.
