Island
With the exception of one major Island, there are currently seven other Islands which surround the mainland of Scotland that produce whisky.
The malts can be very different in style. You can find completely unpeated malts from this area such as Scapa and Tobermory but at the same time, you can find peated products such as Jura and Talisker.
