Chosen from a range of whisky casks, offered to us by the fine people at Douglas Laing. We have a stunning Blair Athol single cask 10 year old malt whisky exclusive to us.
Blair Athol is located in the heart of the small highland town of Pitlochry. Owned these days by Diageo and used mainly in blending. There is a Flora and Fauna series release but most single malt offerings only escape as single cask independent bottling.

Nose: Dark fruit chocolate like poppet raisins from the cinema
Palate: Stewed fruits and brown sugar. Time in glass brings brings out icing sugar and raisins.
