Privacy Policy Whiski Shop gathers information for the purposes of processing your order only and no details will ever be shared or sold – your data is 100% safe with us Security Policy Your security is our priority so please be rest assured that we will make extra checks to ensure the card used to purchase from the store is being used with your permission. You may be contacted and asked for extra information – this is to ensure your card is not being used without your permission. We may cross check data you provide against other databases but this will not affect your credit rating at all. Age Restrictions We can only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18 or the legal age within your country, if older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol in your country of residence. Availablity If any product is unavailable, we will inform you immediately. Rest assured, no money is taken from your account until we have dispatched your goods. We can not guarantee that every product is available. Orders On receipt of your order you will be notified by email of progress, no money is taken from your card until the items are dispatched. Delivery charges will be added at the checkout. On receipt of your goods please check the items carefully and notify us immediately of any items that are incorrect or incomplete.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with products purchased (other than perishable products such as cigars) which are not faulty, we will at our discretion refund your money, or exchange the products if you inform us by email to shop@whiskirooms.com within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the goods. All products must be returned to us in good condition. We will make reimbursements within 30 days of cancelation. Any product returned must be within its original packaging and unopened and the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility and we recommend recorded delivery.
If any products that we send to you are damaged or not as ordered we will replace them or reimburse you for the expense, including the cost of delivery. Please advise us within 24hours of the products being received via email to shop@whiskirooms.com. If products are faulty or damaged, we require that you tell us within 24 hours of receiving them All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us of your wish to return the products. Any product returned must be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage.
We cannot accept any liability for delayed or non-delivery of goods due to misinformation or an incorrectly supplied delivery address or a mistake by the carrier.
We accept no liability for goods required for a specified date, which fail to arrive due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will always do our best to achieve your deadline but please order in sufficient time for time-critical items.

UK Orders
We aim for delivery within 3 working days for UK deliveries up to 6 bottles. However parcels may take longer to arrive and we accept no liability for parcels that do out with our reasonable control. Costs are currently £8.50 and require a signature on delivery. Unfortunately, we can not leave parcels without a signature. If you have not received your order within 14 days – please email us and let us know, shop@whiskirooms.com
Worldwide orders
Please note that local taxes and excise duties are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot be held responsible of any parcels that may be impounded, seized or have extra charges, including duty, added by customs officials.
