Tormore is one of the lesser known distilleries on Speyside, owned by Chivas Brothers and used mostly in blending, it is rarely seen as a single malt. Here we have a 10 year old Tormore, bottled by independent bottler Douglas Laing after spending 10 years in a refill barrel.

Nose: Very aromatic and sweet, slight spicy edge but dominated by a citric lemon sweetness. 

Palate: Ginger bread, light black pepper, spices, lemon sherbet style citric sweetness 

Finish: Lemon rinds, spice and gentle pepper.
