  • Autumn leaves and bonfires on the nose. Coupled with dried seaweed, sweet peat and iodine. Detect smoked meats on the palate with burnt buttery toast, charred oak, and a saltiness balanced by a vanilla sweetness. The long finish shows peated barley, polished wood, worn leather, earthiness and burnt sugar.
