Nose: Initially, rich aromas of fruit and woody spices combine with traces of wood polish and old leather. Notes of salted toffee and hints dark chocolate. Subtle sherry base notes remain throughout.
Palate: Creamy: Dried fruits, figs and spices combine combine delightfully with the abundance of wood flavours and sweet fudge nuances. Fresh menthol notes balance the malt as bitter oak tannins develop.
Finish: The menthol flavours evolve into drying notes of cinnamon clove and walnut which curtail the length of the finish.
