RETURNS POLICY

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If any products that we send to you show any signs of damage or leakage, they should NOT be accepted and you should tell the courier to return the item to us.

If you find the goods damaged once you have accepted them, you must tell us within 24 hours of the products being received via email to info@whiskishop.co.uk 

  • Please email us photographs showing the damage
  • We also require an image showing the damaged bottle with the seal intact.

Please retain the products, and all product packaging and await instructions from us. We will raise a case with the courier.

Damaged goods will be replaced or reimbursed including the cost of delivery where required. We will keep you informed of the case with the courier who must accept the evidence. All agreed refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us and agreeing your case with the courier.

Any products returned must be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage.

Wrong Goods

If you have received the wrong items then let us know immediately by calling us on 0131-225-1532 or emailing us on info@whiskishop.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you 

Return Request

If you are unhappy with products purchased (other than perishable products such as cigars or food items) which are not faulty, we will at our discretion refund your money, or exchange the products if you inform us by email to info@whiskishop.co,uk within 14 days after the day following the delivery of the goods. All products must be returned to us in perfect condition. Any product returned must be within its original packaging and unopened and the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility and we recommend recorded delivery.

We cannot accept any liability for delayed or non-delivery of goods due to misinformation or an incorrectly supplied delivery address or a mistake by the carrier.

We accept no liability for goods required for a specified date, which fail to arrive due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will always do our best to achieve your deadline but please order in sufficient time for time-critical items.

Refunds will be issued once the goods have been received back to us and inspected. We can not guarantee that we receive the goods hence recorded delivery is advised. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving them back in perfect condition.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund to zero if any items have been opened or are not in perfect resalable condition. You will be informed by email when the refund has been processed. In the event, we refund prior to receiving the goods back to us then we reserve the right to deduct from your account the cost of the goods if they are not returned to us.
