Dalmore Port Cask
A luxurious single malt from the Highlands of Scotland. Located near village of Alness. Dalmore sits overlooking the Cromarty Firth. On Dalmore bottles you will find a grand silver stags head. The story of this dates back to 1263, when Colin of Kintail, Chief of the clan Mackenzie, saved King Alexander III of Scotland from a charging stag. As a reward the grateful King granted him lands and also the right to use the 12-pointed Royal Stag as the Mackenzie clan crest. This edition has been matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and finished in Tawny port pipes.
Sweet red berries, seville oranges, plummy fruits and sticky toffee pudding.
Nectarines, creamy caramel, roasted chestnuts and java coffee.
Sultanas, sanguinello blood oranges and macerated cherries
