Glenfiddich Fire and Cane
The Glenfiddich one of the most famous of all the Scottish single malts has been producing whisky since Christmas day 1887.
The Glenfiddich Fire and Cane is a rather special little drop. A lightly peated Glenfiddich that was aged in rum casks!
Fruity and Sweet
Nose: Billowing soft peat notes, like distant smoke on the wind. Rich sweet toffee and zesty fresh fruit notes and spiciness.
Palate: Like a Highland peat campfire, with oak notes and toffee. Sharp green fruit, sweet baked apples and soft smoke.
Finish: Lingering smokiness and sweetness.
