Do you ship to the USA?
We ship worldwide. However due to customs restrictions parcels being shipped to the USA cannot be insured against loss, theft or damage. We have had no problems with parcels thus far, however, we must stipulate that shipping alcohol to the USA is at the customers own risk.


How much does postage cost?
Delivery charges vary depending on where your parcel is being shipped to. Once your delivery details are entered your postage charges will be calculated and shown.


How long does delivery take?
Delivery within the UK uses a 48hr service. Parcels sent to European Nastions in about 3 to 5 days. Parcels to the USA can take up to one week and other countries may take as long as 2 weeks.


What can I do if my parcel has not arrived when expected?
A tracking number will be sent to you when your parcel is dispatched via our courier. Please use this number to track the progress of your parcel. If you cannot get intouch with the courier directly please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf to the best of our abilities.


Can I send a parcel as a gift?
We do not include billing info with our parcels and there is an option to include a personal message if you so wish. We cannot gift wrap your parcel as our main priority is ensuring it is well protected and arrives safely.
