Cairnsmhor Luxury All Butter Shortbread
A sumptuously smooth and creamy, traditionally-baked Scottish shortbread using only pure butter in the mixture. These light, crumbly biscuits from the independent, specialist Scottish bakery boast an unmatched smoothness of texture and a genuinely melt-in-the-mouth texture. An everyday indulge in the baker's own estimation.
Cairnsmhor Cheddar Cheese Straws
An ideal savoury accompaniment to evening aperitif or digestif drinks; and a fine palate-cleanser when paired with any of the wines in this set; these deliciously flaky pastry strands, made with the finest Scottish Cheddar, are a rich but gentle palate-cleanser.
Christian Audigier Merlot 2009
This deep, purple-red, velvety Merlot is wonderfully violet-black in colour with a seductive, powerful nose of red fruits-cherries and blackberries) with hints of spice. Full-bodied, rich and round, the palate offers ripe fruit flavours and is yet elegant with a delightfully smooth finish; the perfect partner for grilled chicken, vegetarian dishes and pasta.
Christian Audigier Cabernet Sauvignon 2009
A delicious, deep red Cabernet Sauvignon with hints of green pepper, spices and black fruits offering seductive aromas of blackcurrant, violet, and coffee bean on the nose-equally expressive on the palate with a great elegance and depth. Christian Audigier Chardonnay 2009

Christian Audigier Syrah 2009
This classic deep red Syrah is immediately elegant with a nose of truffle, rose petal, warming spices and a balance and refinement which can only be achieved by the craftsmanship of small-yield wine-making. The tannins possess an unmatched depth and a wonderful, velvety texture. An ideal accompaniment to lamb, rich Mediterranean dishes, barbecues and cheeses.
