Bowmore Darkest 15 year old has been matured for twelve years in Bourbon barrels and a further three in Oloroso sherry casks. Lightly brimming with peat, iodine, chocolate and raisins, the palate is smoky and rich with wonderful cedar wood, treacle and toffee flavours. The finish is robust and warming with a hint of sherry.
